Just by selecting a template the system can prepare a confirmation letter ready to print out to customers The letter can also be saved as a PDF file so that you can email it to clients and also in the RTF format which can be imported into various word processors. The conformation letter automatically uses all the customer details and information that you entered for the booking to create each letter. Not only that but each letter can be edited for each customer to produce a unique letter. The system includes readymade templates but you can also create your own templates in the Manage section of the system allowing you to customise letters to your needs.
